SiteZAP Help

SiteZAP requires Netscape 1.2 or Internet Explorer with Java (version 1.11 preferred).

Versions of Safari prior to 2.0 will not display the video stream. Firefox doesn't seem to have any problems displaying the video stream.

If you do not see video, try using Firefox, Netscape, or upgrading your version of Internet Explorer or Safari.

Once you see video images, click on the control panel (left, right, up, down, or one of the presets) to begin your session. If no one else is using the camera, the status window will let you that "You are in control." Otherwise, you will need to wait for the users to finish their turn. There is a maximum line length that may prevent you from controlling the camera--just try again later.
