Viewing WebCam Live Video
A Java applet is used to deliver live video to MSIE and some other browsers. As Microsoft updates Internet Explorer, it sometimes affects how Java applets are handled. The usual correction for this is to update your Java installation. To do that, you need to go to the official Java site to download and install the latest version.

You'll see two choices for MS Windows, "Online" and "Offline". Clicking on the "Instructions" link provides installation instructions for each download. You may also click on the "Verify Now" link to run a test of your Java installation that will tell you what version is currently installed on your system.
After updating your Java installation, you need to quit MSIE and restart your browser to enable viewing of the WebCam live video.
